Hachiro is a member of the EFA team, a young, talented inventor and engineer, specialized in designing and remodeling a variety of mechanical objects. He is also Kono's best friend in the story. Hachiro designs and produces a lot of machines, and his proudest piece is the enormous walking robot Kono Express.
